Step-by-Step Instructions

1
Cook the bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Flip halfway through cooking. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
2
Add the sausages to the same skillet and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides. Flip halfway through cooking. Remove the sausages from the skillet and place on a plate with the bacon.
3
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4
Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble the eggs until they are cooked through. Remove the eggs from the skillet and place on a plate with the bacon and sausages.
5
Slice the black pudding and white pudding into thin slices. Cook the slices in the same non-stick skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides. Flip halfway through cooking.
6
Grill the tomato and mushrooms in a separate skillet over medium heat until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7
Assemble the Full Irish Breakfast by placing the bacon, sausages, eggs, black pudding, white pudding, tomato, and mushrooms on a large plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with toast and tea.
